Weight Loss Excuse Buster

Most people who fail to achieve their fitness or weight loss goals constantly make excuses for why they have not achieved the weight loss that they desire.  Most of the time they probably don’t even register that they are making excuses constantly, and even manage to justify in their own mind the validity of these reasons for not exercising or sticking to their healthy eating weight loss routine.  Don’t put up a barrier to achieving your weight loss goals.  Stop making those excuses and break that cycle of negativity.
