Eating seafood is good for you, but did you know it can even help you lose weight? A study out of the University of Iceland shows that eating cod may be just what the doctor ordered when it comes to losing weight. Iceland is a country where fish such as cod abounds - and Icelandic cod is better tasting than the garden variety cod served in the United States. Not surprisingly, more people enjoy the health benefits of cod in Iceland than in the U.S. – which is unfortunate.
