If you want to keep your hunger in check throughout the day and to stay away from your fridge, then you need to ensure that you have a good volume of fiber in your diet.  Fiber ensures that you will feel full and satisfied and also ensures your food will move through your body, preventing excessive fat absorption.  A great source of fiber comes from berries.  In particular, raspberries are the best berries to include in your diet, followed closely by blackberries and blueberries.
